Payments can be made in the following ways:

Customer Web Portal:

You can pay online by pressing either of the Pay Online buttons on the homepage or at the top of any page of on our website. You will be required to register your water account with the portal to pay your bill online.

By Phone:

Call (731) 291-1689 to make a credit card or check payment by phone at ANY time! You must have your complete account number with all leading zeros to process the payment.

Call our office at (731) 285-4114 for instructions on how to sign up for this free service.  We can automatically deduct the amount of your bill directly from your bank account. Drafts are made on the 5^th of the month. If the 5^th is on the weekend, the draft is made the following Monday.

New customers are set up by appointment only.  You must call the office at to set up an appointment. Please go to our forms page to download the bank draft form.
